"The Biltmore Life Spa is a full service salon. Offering Barbering Services, Hair Exstentuons Massages, manicures and pedi’s. Very clean and professional. Open to Public non members of the club can receive services from the spa and utilize the fabulous club to work out and take a Swimm on the roof top!!!"

"While the massage by Carrie was amazing, the “retreat room” was more of a freeway of constant employees running in and out slamming doors - more like a prep room of a busy kitchen. The worst part was the super slippery floors around the hot tub and plunge pool (Yes, I specifically scrubbed the massage lotion off of my feet and water gripper shoes). North Scottsdale and many other Lifetime facilities do not have this problem, nor do they ignore it when brought to their attention. In addition, there is a ton of construction on their sole fitness floor leaving debris and dust everywhere, further cramping the workout center. Sorry Carrie, your massages are awesome but it’s not worth the fall risk, thus I canceled my return visits."
