They had our car for 3months got our car back took it back the same day cause the elienment was so far out so they solved the problem and then a few days later we found our door panel was broken and door seal was not attached properly and our back seat slips were Broken went back to them again they said they have to order the door panel so been it was on back order been calling them once a week for the last year."

"Dropped off BMW X5 Kayla in front can be very direct/blunt. Spoke with Andrew the Advisor and he kept me posted on repairs. Got the call to pick up the X5 and I was excited to finally get it back. Did a walk around didn’t notice anything till I got home . The wash/clean Ning they gave it was not good. Streaks inside and on window. The camera wasn’t installed on passenger mirror and overspray was left inside door jam/molding. Called Andrew and dropped off car. They installed camera and did not clean over spray. Days later a clip fell off fender and there was white spray/ hand print on engine cover. Called and 12 days later I am still waiting to hear back"
