"Initially, Rudy did a great job tinting my windows. We shared some personal stories and I got to know the man. He seemed like a genuine person. We had an agreed upon price of $300, that was $100 per window. The day I went there he didn’t have the shade that I needed. I said , no problem , I will pay you for it now and when you order it in the coming days, i will come back and have it installed. That was what we both mutually agreed upon. Weeks and months have went by and I haven’t heard a single word from the man. I tried to request my money back from which I was denied. I’m not really upset about my window not being tinted, it’s more about the principle of shaking a man’s hand and doing business. A price was agreed up and he walked away with $100 of my money that obviously didn’t fall from the sky. These aren’t principles that are conducive of good business. I would advise you not to pay him up front. Other than that , he is a good dude, and I have no hard feelings. I wish you and your business the very best and don’t take advantage of a good customer."
