"The store at this location is very poorly managed. On Friday before Christmas, there was a line that went through the store. The store only had one cashier. There were three Ulta employees, laughing, and talking and peeling stickers standing at the counter, but refusing to help customers. They kept looking at the line and laughing. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in an Ulta store and I’ve been shopping there for years. They definitely need to fire the store manager and hear somebody new if they want to maintain their image. Everyone in the entire line was a palled at the actions of these employees."

"The manager (Jessica) was incredibly nice and really helpful! We came in to hide a tattoo for a wedding and right away she was really friendly and helped the bride. Her coworker(Naomi) was super swift to help when asked and gave clear instructions as to how to apply the makeup. Best Ulta store I've gone to with friendly workers and a welcoming ambiance. Jessica also has great taste for breakfast burritos with syrup drizzle."

"The store is very clean, has good lighting and is normally pretty well stocked but the real reason for 5 stars is an associate named Zoe. My daughter and I received exceptional kindness and customer service now for our last couple of visits by Zoe! Zoe is always smiling, happy to help, and willing to track down a product at another store if needed. Hopefully Ulta recognizes and applauds this kind of customer service associate as they are rare to find! Thanks Zoe!"
