"Edit to respond to their response: LIES!!! None of what you said was dsicussed with my stylist. She said she was going to get me the blonde i wanted and IF she would have let me know i needed sessions to get to the blonde i asked for THEN i could have made the decision to go thru w it or not but she didnt! Thats where the LIES start and everyone read the other reviews i am not the only one that has had a bad experience with this salon! Similar situations with other girls that are tricked into sitting for HOURS there for stylist to LIE and the owner try to gaslight us that we are in the wrong. Just be honest for once and maybe you guys wouldnt have these situations!!! DO NOT go here! They over charge like crazy and promise something they can’t do! I have a short bob and they charged me $590 to not even get my hair the blonde I asked for. Mayra did my hair and she said it would be $435 and she would get me blonde. By the time she was done it was 7 hrs later and I was not in the mood to argue but she ended up adding more charges and charging me $590!! I went back to speak to the owner bc I have a short bob and my hair was not blonde like I asked for and she argued with me that my hair takes sessions to get blonde and I told her if Mayra would have told me that from the beginning I would have been able to make the decision to get my hair done and not be satisfied or go somewhere else and not pay all that money. But Mayra told me she was gonna get me blonde. And she refused to give me a refund! Stay away from this salon! They make you sign a paper also before you get your hair done bc they know they are gonna mess it up!"
