"Today was my son’s first visit to West Valley Pediatric Dentistry in Surprise. Anytime we visit a new office of any sort, it’s very nerve-racking because you don’t know how the staff will be or how the experience will go. Well, on this experience I was completely wrong. From beginning to end, the experience was great. We had a wonderful young lady who greeted us as we walked in and had me complete the necessary paperwork. We then got called in by Hygienist Tati, which was very sweet, patient and understanding of my son’s needs (ASD). And lastly, met Dr. Brownstein which was wonderful as well. He answered the questions and concerns I had without hesitation. Never once did we feel rushed during our experience. I am so glad I picked this office for my son. ASD friendly also!
