"Walked in at the same time as another person and opened the door for her. It turns out there was only one stylist there so that meant I went from no wait to a 30 minute wait. I made a flippant remark about how if I had gotten there a few second earlier, there would have been no wait. The stylist said "Well we were busy all morning" in a surprisingly indignant tone. I chuckled and said something like 'cool, it is just kinda interesting that one minute makes a 30 minute difference. I was watching on the app and it has said "no wait" for the last 20 minutes.' "Well, we were busy all morning." in a slightly aggressive indignant tone. So I left and went somewhere else. Maybe I'll try again and hope I get a more professional and friendly stylist. I will never sit in that guy's chair though. In case management is reading this, my visit was at about 1:15pm on 6/24/21."
