"Overcharged $850. Lost all 3 patients of my family for refusing to discuss splitting $850 with us. Office manager was rude and refused to meet me. They care about money only. Sorry I referred a friend who just went there. I am going to let her know that this office manager is awful. They also lied about my gums and insisted on me going to a different dentist not covered by my insurance. I would have to pay cash - they probably would get %. I did not go and my new dentist told me that my gums are fine, just need soft brush and sensydine toothpaste!"

"My previous dentist kept an eye on my gums as gum disease runs in my family. My previous dentist told me to floss and massage my gums regularly or they will swell and lead to bleeding. We have been busy since moving from the Midwest and I know I neglected my gum care. They insisted I needed special gum series treatment and I informed them I am aware my gum measurements were bad and I needed to focus again on regular flossing and gum massage. They insisted again on the gum treatment and would do one cleaning but would not would not continue with regular cleanings until it was had this treatment which was not covered under my dental insurance. I have a concern about this especially when I have faithfully gone to my previous dentist every 6 months."
