I was immediately impressed with his high-end tooling and mobile heat lamp setup. "I was loading a plastic footlocker onto a overhead garage storage rack when it slipped and landed on the roof of my car. It left a dent on the front passenger side of the roof near the windshield. To make matters worse, the dent was on a raised contour line and very noticeable. I contacted Greg on a Tuesday, he stopped by that afternoon to take a look at the damage and give me a quote. He was able to come back that Thursday to make the repairs. Aside from his responsiveness, he communicated very well throughout the process. I was kept well informed about when he would be onsite, how much it would cost, and what our options were if the project encountered any issues. He was also very flexible and scheduled me in the afternoon after I had finished working. Now for the important stuff. After arriving on time on Thursday, Greg was set up ready to start working almost immediately. He estimated that the work would take an hour, and he was done and packed up on schedule. After he had finished, I couldn’t even find where the dent had been, and my paint looks as good as it did when it was new. The process was all done from outside the car without needing to remove the headliner and beat out the dent from the inside. I thought Greg’s prices were exceptionally reasonable considering the high quality of his work. I especially appreciated that he was able to do such a great job at my house without needing a fully equipped shop. This was an excellent experience from start to finish, and I will definitely use Yellowstone PDR in the future!"
