"I showed up with 4 minutes until my appointment, and while sitting my app changed to 15 minutes. I asked why and the a stylist said “someone went to lunch, it’s not a problem.” It was a problem, and I’m not going back. They should figure out how to take lunch breaks into account. I really was on a schedule."

"I got right in because I have there app on my phone and you can sign in ahead time. They were nice and clean. They were about to close for a few days and get a complete remodel in the salon. It's funny how you can show 2 different hair stylist a picture of how you want your hair and they cut it 2 totally different styles. Amazing."
