"My wife took my granddaughter here for a haircut. A woman was in the store that stated that she'd made an appt. on her mobile device, but the store didn't have it on their schedule. My wife let the woman go ahead of them and the woman continued to be quite unruly, downright rude, in front of everyone. She ended up storming out, no matter what anyone said: she was mad.
