"I came yesterday and left extremely unhappy. The nail drill caught my skin so many times so I left sore and with little itty bitty cuts. I mentioned I changed my mind and didn’t want gel and the tech declined my wishes and gave me gel anyway. I no longer wanted the gel in actuality because I could see the acrylic set I was getting was trash and knew I would be getting it redone somewhere else. So placed the top on crooked and when I asked if it would be straightforward later, the nail tech said yes… it’s still crooked. The acrylic job is bumpy and my nails look like a joke."
