"Took my grandmother here and this was the worst decision I ever made; extremely rude and disrespectful people ever! Imagine yelling at a 87+ year old woman because she has hearing issues. Then the lady threaten me by saying she will have my car towed if I ever parked in "her" parking spots again; IT'S PUBLIC PARKING. Do yourself a favor and find a different place because you are really making a bad decision by coming here."
"Do NOT ever purchase a gift card from this place. Apparently if you purchase the gift card from Compliments at Hilton Salon and Spa, you have to contact the owner Alison, to get approval, to use your gift card for services such as massage or facial. I have $140 balance on a $300 gift card that i need "approval" to use??? Absolutely ridiculous!! She is not responding to my calls for "approval" and the salon # goes direct to voice mail. At this point, i have asked for the money to be refunded... still no response. Should I mention when I 1st scheduled an appt, I was told my gift card was purchased against a closed account?? That closed account being "Compliments at a Hilton Salon & Spa". But then the transaction was located on the books. VERY shady business."
"The women who work here are rude, hateful, and extremely concerned with the two sad little parking spots that the salon "owns" in the lot. Backstory: the love of my life passed suddenly from cancer at the beginning of November. We had an at-home service help her across the rainbow bridge and her ashes were returned to our veterinary office about a week later, which happens to be next to this salon. It took me two days to get the courage to even drive over to pick my girl's ashes up. I was shaking and barely holding it together, as I'm sure pet parents understand. I accidentally drove past the spot I intended to park in because I realized at the last second that another car was parked too close to the line (does this even matter??!?). I apparently ended up in this "salon only" parking spot, the next spot I saw. I got out and didn't even get my door shut before a bleached-blonde woman came out of the salon and asked if I was there for an appointment. I immediately explained that I needed to go to the vet for my dog's ashes and I would only be there a few minutes. She did not accept my answer and kept insisting that I get back in my car and move it. It took me two days to even muster enough courage to get to that parking lot and I was in an extreme state of grieving (still am, definitely crying all over again right now typing this). I was not about to get back in my car at this point; I simply needed to hold it together long enough to get my girl back home for the last time. The notion that a parking spot and some customer's dye job is more important than the loss of my family member is absolutely disgusting and wrong. I continued to the vet and yelled back at this woman that it would be nice for her to show some grace for me and what I was going through. Instead, two steps later, another bleached-blonde woman came out and started following me and yelling about their parking space all over again. I again explained that I was there for my dead dog's ashes, but she didn't display any humanity either. I was done being harassed at this point and gave this second woman two choice words at a very loud volume. I was sobbing by the time I entered the safety of our vet's office and instead of taking a few minutes, had to take at least twenty to calm down. I also had to have a staff member walk me to my car to ensure I didn't receive any more harassment. This all made my goodbye so much worse and tainted with the salon's nastiness. These women and their utter lack of empathy sicken me. We rescued a skin and bones, lactating, dirty 4-year old little mama off the streets 10 and a half years ago. She was the best dog, my soul dog, and without her I would not have survived my divorce. I owe her everything and I promised her she would never be cold or hungry again. If anyone has bothered reading this far, please consider the next time you get belligerent over something so stupid as a parking spot that it might be the worst day of someone else's life. You don't know what someone could be going through on any given day, so please pick your battles. A parking spot is so trivial and disrespectful to Lola's memory. She was and always will be better than that."
"The second we parked a blonde lady came out to yell at us about not parking there. The spots were not marked and she was wearing gloves, so i hope she changed them before going back to what she was doing esp if it was on a person. To be fair I haven't had any services here, but…"
"I just moved to the area and use a service next door. I was rudely told that I was in the salon parking by a mean woman, the space was not even marked correctly. I also need to find a hair stylist for my family of 5 but could not imagine wanting to deal with people that are disgruntled for something that should be enjoyable."
