"Typical nail chopshop. Before I sat down I asked if they were able to do my nails the way I wanted and showed the lady the picture. She says oh yeah no problem. Let’s say if I could give the review a negative 100 I would. I payed for the service but walked out upset as I tried 3 different times to tell the lady this isn’t what I asked for. Her response was “oh ok ,yes” won’t be going back. In the photos is what I asked for and what I got."

"wrote this review on Dec 21. Today I went in to see Wendy. Now let’s just say, this nail salon is very nicely decorated. They have always seemed super nice. Wendy has done my nails about 5 times in the last few months. And Moon has done my feet about 2 - 3 times. I was happy to find a nail salon close to my new apartment that did *hard gel nails* once I moved from Scottsdale in April. I’ve been going to the same nail artist about three years in North Scottsdale. She always knew with me working a lot with my hands for my career that I needed a thick layer of hard gel over my natural nail. I do acknowledge that thick hard gels take longer to do. I would pay extra and tip more for that time it took the artist. I understand as I am an artist myself to pay for an artist’s time and I stand by that. I told Wendy from the very beginning that I needed hard gels that were thick. The first two times I’ve gotten my nails done by her have been great! I’ve noticed the last three times that I’ve went to Wendy that although she got me out fairly fast, that the nails were getting thinner and thinner from the first time I got them done by her. Well I’ve had to return multiple times for two nails at a time that would start ripping from the mid diameter of my nail and then all the way to the other side. Problem is, these are my nails ripping underneath the gels with it. The last time I got my nails done was 12/11. By 12/16 I was already back to the salon to get one nail fixed which I had to fit into my crazy work schedule. I called them 12/15 to schedule this (4 days after getting my nails done). When I called for that fixing appointment , the receptionist who was once kind claimed I was there four weeks prior vs 12/11. Apparently he was speaking about the session prior to 12/11. I confirmed with the receipt it was in fact 12/11 but let him know there was a different receptionist at the desk when I signed in/cashed out. Wendy did not charge me this time but only fixed the one nail, adding a tip and making it much thicker. Again, she only fixed this one nail even after voicing and showing her that there were about two more that were beginning to chip and lift. She also mentioned that the next time I get my nails done with her that she will make all of them as thick as she made this fixed one. About two days after I left the salon, I noticed those other two nails I mentioned to her starting to lift even worse. Then last night (12/20), one completely ripped and the other two started ripping towards the center. I do not have time to continue to go back in to have my nails fixed. I never had an issue with these many nails cracking or ripping consistently. But I made time by being late to my work day the next day and going back in. This morning (12/21) I called the salon and Wendy happened to answer. I explained to Wendy that it has only been a week and two days total since getting the set filled and I’ve already been there once to get one fixed (with two other mentioned) and that those exact two plus another are ripped as I expected. She told me to come in that day. When I sat in her chair she inspected them and said it was best to do a reset of all my nails (except the one she fixed). Now keep in mind, when she did drill all the color polish, she accidentally drilled off the polish from the newest fixed nail and made an acknowledgement of that. But she said she’ll just paint it over. My understanding since the phone call with her that day was she was doing them all over with THICKNESS because it’s been a week and two days of me having to take more time out of my schedule to return now TWICE because of a poor nail set. When the session was done, she handed me a bill and I was so confused. The receptionist's response was “It’s almost two weeks. She can’t do them for free”. Sir 2 weeks is 14 days and my nails have stretched to 3 weeks regularly for 20 years. It’s been 10 days with TWO revisits already to fix the same set! I wish them well but this seems more fast money hungry than client investment concerned."

"Went here with my friend and we both got mani/pedi’s with gel polish. They are very nice and the shop is clean. Unfortunately, I am not happy with my manicure, the nail tech cut me twice and on some nails the polish is bumpy and look like it is peeling. Also, the polish they used for my nails smelled funky, I have never experienced that before. However, she did a great job on my pedicure and the nail tech who took care of my friend did a great job on her nails."
