"I will say you get what you pay for. The customer service was terrible. I had a manager do my hair and she left me in the bath for 45 ish min while she took on a regular client. She then asked another stylist to wash my hair. Then I sat for another 40 min in my stylist chair, left to dry my own hair with a towel. When my stylist came back she commented that my skin had a rash (a reaction to the toner because they didn't rinse it all) and said my hair was very tangled. The kicker in the end was when I went to pay she said they tack on an additional $5-10 charge because she's not just a regular hair stylist. 2hr and 35min later my simple highlight turned into a $170. Lesson learned will not be back."

Jordan is absolutely perfect for me when it comes to doing crazy colors! Liz has phenomenal customer service and is the sweetest! "I have fairly short hair I went in to have the color pulled out of my hair and just go grey. The colorist told me it would look great that I could just pull it all up with bleach and then put in a silver toner and it would be easy to do, after two hours she had runtimes my hair blistered my scalp and I have lavender hair and yellow roots. She apologized and did she spoke to the owner and said I didn’t have to pay for the services. I didn’t mind paying the 140.00 at al just needed my hair to look good, When I asked her what they could do to fix it she said well we can’t do anything today but we can re-bleach your roots in a few days but then you need to pay $140 for the services today and then in a few days we can try to repair your hair after your scalp heals. So she wanted me to pay for the services In which she had completely destroyed my hair my hair and then hope she could fix it in a few days when I came back after she already ruined it the first time. Before you ask I’ve bleached my hair in the past with zero scalp or blistering issues. The stylist then tried to tell me that it was my fault that it turned out that way because my scalp was already tender so she didn’t wanna leave the bleach on too long. For the record I never once told her that my scalp was hurting and I needed her to take the bleach off before my hair was done lifting the only thing I told her it was tender when she stabbed the bleach into my scalp with her brush and to please be more gentle but that was all I ever said I will never be returning to the salon. What kind of a business injure someone damages their hair and screws up the services they paid for and then tells of they’ll fix it if they still pay for the messed up services. For the record I had no issue paying and I always tip really well and I would’ve been happy to pay for the services even if I had a discounted rate once they had fix my hair but that wasn’t given to me as an option. Steer clear of the salon. As I see the reply below I will reiterate I was NOT given to option to return after hearing and pay for the full service once my hair was fixed. It’s crazy to say pay for the mess we made and we may be able to fix it later."
