"Asked for a OPI Bubble Bath and they looked at me crazy.... I asked for a color like it they said they don't know. Kind of sad because Bubble Bath is a very mainstream color. It was more that they really didn't even want to do my nails.. the place was empty."

"I would never ever do business with this nail salon and they have a shady way of getting people in the door by putting a huge sign right outside the front of it saying full set of acrylic 2499 that is completely false I am so glad that I asked before sitting down . I understand it cost more when you have gel or you have designs or if you have long nails but they need to take that sign down that's very deceptive because that's the only reason I walked in the door there so for them to use that and lie to customers only to tell them a total that is almost double . I had even considered going and picking up my two daughters before walking in there and paying for all three of us to get our nails done I would have been livid finding out"

"I came to this place hoping to find a closer nail salon to home. I came to get a manicure and pedicure and at first the lady was nice she started to do my nails and first coat I didn’t liked it. Nail polish was touching my cuticle and I told her I don’t like when nail polish is touching my skin. She said she wasn’t done that she will remove it after she’s done. So I let her finish her work, after she was done I told her again that I didn’t liked it. Here’s a picture of the finish. She got offended and yell at me that I was rude to her that I had to pay now that she will not do my pedicure anymore since I didn’t liked her work. I told her that was okay I could wait for someone else. She then said that no that no one else wanted to do my pedicure because no one else wanted to work with me. I was this close to walk out! She said that she’ll removed the gel since I didn’t liked it. I was okay with that so I go back to her desk. While she was removing the gel instead of having a moment of silence she was still insulting me and I would respond calm and directly. She said to not come back because I was rude, I lost it when she told me I should be nicer since I’m pregnant, and less of a “bissh” I had enough with the pregnancy insult.. that I finally yelled her back and told her she was the rudest “bishh” and this was my worst customer service experience. She should of stay quiet and just removed the gel but instead decided to insult a pregnant women. I got up and when I was walking out I said well since I’m rude and a “bissh” here you go I thru some water on the floor and walked out. I know I shouldn’t acted that way but that lady had me in my last nerve. Never in my life will be coming to this place. And I hope you ladies safe your time in coming here."
