"I wish I would’ve listened to the reviews... Not the best quality for the price point. The nail technician rushed towards the end and skipped a second coat on two nails for both hands. When I pointed out the difference, she said it was under the nail and didn’t offer to fix it. When checking out, I was then offered an alteration that’d take an additional 30 minutes, but I had to run to another appointment. I think some sort of discount should have been offered. For $150, the nails should be immaculate and the customer should be listened to. They lost out on a returning client who would tip 20%+ if desires are met."

"This is by far the best nail experience in Phoenix. The Ukrainian way of doing nails is amazing! It's a completely different way of doing nails. They focus on perfection, I never thought my nails could look so perfect. They use an electric file but that is what allows them to get your nails perfect and allows you to go 4 to 5 weeks in between appointments. I personlly prefer the electric file to soaking my nails in a chemical to remove product. The technology is so different from anything I have tried and I reccomend it to everyone. My nail technician I Ivanna and she is perfection but all the women there are amazing! I can not reccomend enough!!!!"

"I had a gel overlay done on August 18th by Bogdana while I was visiting Phoenix. Today is September 25th, and I am shocked to say that my nails are still intact, although REALLY grown out. Normally my manicures don’t last more than a week! I usually get peeling and lifting, but not this time! I’ve even shortened my nails to ensure they don’t get too long, and zero lifting. I am beyond impressed. The end product is beautiful and I am speechless."
