"My experience was fantastic. My implant was 48/hrs ago, and has been 100% pain free. Doc Harvey & Team were professional, polite, thorough in their explanations of what was going to happen. The office was clean, modern and had a very really relaxing vibe...I could have fell asleep in that chair! Doc Harvey and the Team at his office are very easy to recommend, I give them six stars if I could."

"I had a frustrating experience trying to schedule an appointment with this provider. Despite having a referral, I encountered multiple obstacles in the process. I called several times, only to be repeatedly hung up on or disconnected without receiving any callbacks. The customer service provided by the receptionist was, in my opinion, quite subpar. I even tried leaving messages from a different phone number, but unfortunately, I still encountered the same issue of getting disconnected with no follow-up. While I cannot speak to the quality of the actual services provided by this provider, the poor experience I had with their appointment scheduling process and customer service at the receptionist level has left me hesitant about proceeding. I believe that as a customer, I should not have to go to such lengths or beg for attention just to secure an appointment and provide my business. Effective communication and professionalism in the initial contact stages are crucial for building trust and confidence in any service provider, and I hope they can improve in this regard."

"Not only did he insult me saying my gap was formed by bad hygiene but that in a 5 min examination that I needed an implant (I'm 27 years old). Left the office crying but believed he was right since I'm not a Perio. Saw him once in the 3 appointments I had until a week before my surgery a friend recommended me to a Perio in Phoenix. guess what? I don't need an implant just braces. Thanks for being a money hungry shark and not caring about your patient. Literally almost got an implant for a completely vital tooth. The drive to Phoenix is SO worth a caring Periodontist. This doesn't go for the hygienists here, they were nice and informed me on the process I was about to go through way more than Brien Harvey even cared to. Lastly I wasn't going to leave this review as it happened earlier this year and was just going to let it be but I still can't believe the treatment he gave so I'm hoping this helps someone before they continue to go here"

"I was way overcharged for a bad attitude. My insurance was not utilized. I won't go back. I called for a cleaning and ended up with a 300 .00 consultation and a rescheduled cleaning that turned into an unnecessary antibiotic implementation and another rescheduling. By the time I was done I was out close to six hundred dollars and my teeth weren't cleaned told to come back on 8 weeks for a cleaning. Never use this dr."

"Incredibly professional team who are knowledgeable and very experienced. Everyone is so accommodating and friendly from the receptionist to the hygienist. Laura Faust, my hygienist, was wonderful to work with. She is so skilled and competent, along with bring a real sweetheart. I’m also really appreciative that Dr. Harvey saved my teeth!!!"
