"Worst experience ever I asked for stiletto and received coffin charged me 110 just for this ugly service I have acrylic over my cuticles was cut supper bad multiple times not a single sorry nothing will never come here again"
"I would give it a -5 star. Where do i start horrible service and bad nail techs and rude. The owner is so rude she didn’t care for how bad the service they have. I tried for her to understand how bad the service was by one of her nail techs that left glue on my daughters cuticles and cut her cuticles too. Starting to think this place is a cover up for something because they don’t care to better their service. Please don’t come here don’t wast your time and money not worth it."
"The lady at the front “Kelly” is rude! I got my nails done there Sunday and they are already breaking, about three days. Customer service is poor. And quality sucks."
"Went for a pedicure, loved the polish color so much, and decided I wanted my fingernails to match. 1st red flag, she used a nail tip and roughly used cuticle nippers to remove my exusting set (I had it for less than a week). Yes, I asked three times for a soak off. 2nd red flag she kept cutting to close to the tip of my finger, and I warned her a few times. I showed her a picture of the shape and design I wanted (medium square, deep french). She said she could do it... well, she wasn't able to. We then decided to switch to a chrome french. She flooded my cuticles and sidewalls with gel polish, didn't clean it. After I washed my hands, I still had acrylic all over them. The gel polish was rough, bumpy, and nails were thick and uneven. The shape was tapered square, not square. I told her I wasn't paying for them, so she said she could remove them. I pulled my hand back after she tried to once again cut too close to the tip of my finger (my nail bed grows out past the tip) while trying to cut them for removal. She then proceeded to cut extremely close on every finger, til she literally cut the very tip of my pinky finger! I pulled my hand back and got up. I stood at the register to pay (for my pedicure) while my pinky was dripping blood. They offered me a wash rag and put the antibacterial stuff on it. The should have offered me a discount on my pedicure, considering I went in with a dip overlay on my real nails. Now my nails are gone, and I had to redo them myself. I wasn't able to touch my pinky, though. It is the next day, and my finger is still throbbing from the pain and with dried blood on it that is too painful to clean off. Will not be back to this place!"
"after reading the other reviews here, i feel less bad about feeling unsatisfied with my experience. I try to be nice and give the benefit of the doubt, but man i had the same experience as many of the other reviews. I waited around an hour while my friend got her nails done, workers sitting around, and ended up getting my nails done after my friend had gotten hers completely finished. The lady disappeared for like 20 minutes while my old nails were soaking off, and she was sitting on her phone texting throughout the appointment. what ???? she cut me multiple times (to the point that i bled), almost drilled through the center of my nail bed multiple times, and practically bathed my hands in nail polish remover. that is the first time that has ever happened and my hands were seriously shaking it burned so bad. The designs were so big and sloppy. Chunky, bumpy nails, not the color I wanted (i wanted a much deeper maroon red), not coffin shaped. I had glue and polish all over my fingers, i was genuinely stunned by all of this happening. I plan to get them off later this week if that's even possible, just absolutely stunned. I'll show pictures of the nails i requested and my end result (note i asked for the colors to be inverted and for coffin shape instead, she was kind enough to do that.) i RARELY write reviews, but this was just crazy."
