"I came to this location after having issues over at Arrowhead. My experience at this location was just as lackluster. My waxer seemed quite frazzled throughout the duration of my eyebrow wax. While I could tell she was new, it really seemed like she had no idea on what she was doing. Each portion of my eyebrow was waxed over 10-12 times as she couldn’t get the wax hot enough. Then, there were spots that the wax wouldn’t come up, and I had to remove them myself. I left my appointment with wax in my hair and over my clothes. The management as this location needs to focus on their new waxers and make sure that they 1) can efficiently complete a service and 2) know how to operate the tools they are given. This was my last straw with EWC. I highly suggest that you take your waxing needs elsewhere."
