"Went in today for the last time. My nails were beautiful when I went in. Had them done for the last 3 months there. Asked for them to stay long and just shape them to slightly coffin. I now have off centered paddles for nails. And the worst French manicure you can imagine. To top it off, they tried to charge me extra for the type of French they did, that I didn’t ask for. Just no. I paid and left and won’t be back. I now have to go pay someone else to remove my nails and start over. I wish it would let me upload the pictures. It’s bad."

"There has been multiple times they mess up my nails. I want to keep giving them chances for redemption. I notice the women do them better than the men. Even tho it's hard to get them to do what I like. They rather pick for me. I asked for them to take the old acrylic off but they said no it will be better with it on. They look clumpy n bubbly with gel on top. They should be smooth and thin layers I paid 60 for this. I'm very disappointed"
