"Worst transportation company my family has dealt with. We had an incident with Lisa, one of the drivers who takes my son to school, where she did not want to release my son to his dad. When i brought it up to Diane, the general manager, I was basically told I was wrong and she was only going to go by what the driver said to her. I had not had any issues with any driver before this. Due to lack of professionalism in the company my son will now be without school. Would not recommend to anyone. And not to mention they are super unreliable. 75% of the time they are late."

"The van #812 its driver was super reckless. They kept on weaving in between three lanes on Broadway and cut off a couple of cars. At one point did not move to the side to let an ambulance through. Just thought you'd like to know how your driver's are doing."

"Not at all satisfied with this company, they are very unreliable. They can be running late most of the time . I had to reschedule my doctors appointment three times out of five time that I needed a ride. One of the rides I got was so hot in there , with no a/c . Over all I am very unhappy with this company . That’s why I’m writing this review , maybe they can change the way they handle their business/situations better ."

"it's hard for me to imagine why this business only has 2 stars! i am a disabled senior and the drivers have all been terrific! helpful, respectful, professional and always on time! i have used them several times now and it's always a great experience! thank you, handicar, for your EXCELLENT service!!!!"
