"I definitely won’t be coming back. My tech was extremely rude and rough. She asked if I was paying cash or card and when I said card she began telling me how it’s best if I pay her cash for tip so that she doesn’t have to wait two weeks to receive the money and pay taxes. I apologized and said that I unfortunately only had large bills. She then became extremely rough with the rest of the manicure using her fingernail to “wipe away excess polish” but doing so extremely hard and shoving her nail into my cuticles and underneath my nail, then cutting me with the nail file. I had shown a picture of what I wanted and asked for chrome powder 3 times and yet she never completed it. Towards the end of the manicure I just wanted it to be over so I didn’t ask her again to do the chrome as instructed. Overall the manicure is decent, but the nail art is extremely sloppy and streaked. And in the end I did end up paying for the entire service and tip in cash."

"I usually love this place but today the lady did an ugly job and didn't take the nails off I asked to fix. When she put on the artificial nail it was sticking up! This is the ugliest set I've ever had. She was mean and rude. I will never go back."

"I had my nails done with Mina. She was very patient with me as I explained how I wanted my nails to look. I'm a fairly picky person and pay a lot of attention to detail and she nailed it! 5/10/23 Since my first visit Ive gone back and every time I request a design they can't do it and make a fuss like its a huge inconvenience for them . My nail color is un even and clear coat gel nail polish is caked/stuck under my nail and connected to my skin(if that makes any sense). I previously thought maybe it was just a bad day for them. I won't return due to poopy service."
