"Took wife in for the first time. Not a good experience. Did not explain services so that we could understand the final result. Like the fact that what she had done did not include drying her hair at the end. I actually asked about and got a curt answer: "it's up on the board". Like: "stupid". I still don't understand and my wife has some dementia so neither does she. All of my previous experiences have been great."
