"I feel that the care I have received excellent dental from Dr. Pershing. His work is exacting and demonstrates a high attention to detail. However, I cannot say the same for his support staff. There is no consistency or accuracy in what the front and back office are doing. The billing and insurance estimates always come back incorrect. We end up paying for things that we shouldn't be charged for and conversely end up not paying for things that we should be paying for. It's maddening dealing with them. A dental office is only as good as its support (office and medical) staff and I have found them to be very lacking."

Over the next month we put together a game plan which included an implant from a specialist on how to go about making my teeth look good. He took time and care in making my teeth look amazing.
