"I don’t think I even need any words for this. ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING HERE IS WRONG! I’m beyond disgusted, absolutely did not let her put that file on the floor back on my foot, now I have to go else where to get it all removed and re done. From the moment you walk into this place they have a stank face and just attitude for no reason. I asked for a full set on my feet sat me in a regular chair and put that plastic box for me to rest my feet on. She was putting all the equipment she was using on me on the floor!!!! I stopped her half way and called her out on everything and asked how much she wanted for the “work” she just did. I left without paying them a dime because what the actual… if I could give them a ZERO rating I would!"

"Pics are of what I got vs what I asked for. I HATE my nails. I asked for a SIMPLE design with coffin shape and short length only for the tech to rush me during a slow Monday afternoon and sloppily doodle on my nails and left acrylic residue all on my nail beds. Not only were my nails TRASH but the lady that did my pedicure was so rough on my feet and burnt me several times with the nail file. They rushed me out before I could really inspect my nails and I had to get back on the road afterwards. I was scammed out of 80 DOLLARS for these nails and paid $137 total. The nail techs talked on their phone on speakerphone which was annoying as this is supposed to be a relaxing environment for others. I visited this location during a quick stop on my vacation and I was fooled by their Google reviews. I’m not even local to be able to get a refund. Girl I thought my nails were going to be SO fly. I can’t wait to get back to Florida to have them redone."
