"Well for starters the place in itself is beautiful & kept up with! Unfortunately my sister got her face waxed & the next day her skin was practically ripped off from the lady going over the one spot too many times.. also it hasn’t even been a week on my acrylic & they are already lifting, they charge for the length of your nails.. for them to come out crooked & Lumpy on some.. for a nail salon Your employees should know what they are doing & not ripping off skin of customers.. we will not be returning here again.."
"Today July 6, 2023 was my first time here at this salon. I had an appointment at 2:30 p.m. was about five minutes late but, I was seated right away. Very clean, friendly and professional salon. They greeted me by my name. Trinity did my dip manicure and was very gentle with the e-file and the regular file. She was very accommodating to my needs when it came to the color and shape I wanted, especially since I'm very picky when it comes to my nails. Today July 7th I had to have a nail fixed and Trinity did a beautiful nail fix for free Thank you Trinity. I will be back."
