"VERY unsanitary. Was worried when she started my pedicure and pulled out her tools that were unwrapped. As she was doing my pedi I saw other associates finish their pedi with their customer and set their tools back in their roll away cart and moved to the next person. Noticed some associates put their spoon full of blue stuff in the water and others not. Mine was not. Only hope I don’t het some type of nail fungus from this visit! This should be reported.."
