"I had purchased "The Solutions" fiber cream at a different Great Clips, location about 1.5 hours from the Surprise store. It is a Great Clips product. (Photo attached) The policy of this particular store is that they do not accept exchanges from other stores because it may be a different franchise owner. Although the employee was helpful and we were able to get the pump to work, I feel that this type of policy doesn't reflect taking care of the customer. I recommend purchasing products at a store that has recipicle refund or exchange policies. Sorry guys. This is where you can do better. P.s. customers -if your product pump is not working, push from the bottom. Great suggestion by the store manager."
"I am leaving for a long trek and needed a haircut before i go. I went to the location on Greenway rd and a young lady by the name of Taylor gave me a very exceptional haircut. She was very thorough and it was probably the best haircut I've had in years. I'm very thankful and pleased with my visit! Thank you!"
