"I don’t know how this place stays open. Twice now I have come there at 6:35 & 6:39 for a simple trim. Normally takes 15 minutes. Both times, the stylist has been sitting down with no customers in the store and still said they couldn’t do my trim. They close at 7pm. They could have done my hair in 20 minutes, made the salon money, and made a good tip. Instead, they just sit there until they can lock the door at 7."
