"Probably the worst haircut I have received. EVER. Rude grumpy hair cutters. I come in new passing through the area. “Are you in the system? “ no. She never asked how I’d like it cut, how much to take off, just started chopping. No texturizing, which is necessary for a spikey cut. I ended up with blunt top like a flattop. Another customer walked in, and asked to make an appointment. The hair cutter snapped at him that they don’t take appointments, then proceeded to claim he was rude and that they weren’t PAID enough to tolerate rudeness. The two cutters were the ones that were rude, and talked about the customer in front of us two in the chair. Very, very unprofessional, and not customer friendly. Again mine didn’t ask how I wanted it cut, just started cutting…TOO SHORT, no texturizing and RUDE."
