"Hello all. I normally don’t post reviews and I was still really hesitant! This is bittersweet for me because I have been coming her for 8+ years, and loved my nail tech! “I won’t mention her name”. I had a pedicure done on 11/8/23. While I was getting my cuticles trimmed I was cut on the left inter corner of both big toes. It was so painful that it hurt to walk. After a couple of days, my toes started to blister up on the right side and on the left side it was so swollen it was covering some of my nail. My husband call the salon and spoke to Bill the owner as he is still really upset that this happened to me. Bill insisted that I come in and show him my feet. Like he didn’t believe we were telling the truth! I ended up at urgent care twice for this and was treated for a Staph infection and prescribed antibiotics. I have never experienced this ever and have been going to salons for years. Please make sure that you see your tech open the sanitized packaging. I scheduled an appointment and everything was already set up when I got to the salon. This has definitely changed the way I view salons and I’m terrified of getting my nails done again. I hope this review helps someone else and spreads awareness."

"I just love this place. The techs are friendly and they always do an amazing job. They always work with me to make sure I get my service in, if they are busy they will tell me the best time to come back and that makes me feel valued as a customer. They take their time, make sure I’m happy and I never feel like they are rushing me out. I’ve stopped in to fix a broken nail and they were happy to fix it and didn’t even charge me. I always have a pleasant experience. I appreciate this business and the great service I receive."

"I keep giving this place a chance and I’m disappointed every time. It was better a few years back. Seems I get the new person or the old tired lady that seems like she’s falling asleep doing my pedicure. The man today had to be one of the ladies husbands and there for back up. It was like he had never done a pedicure before. He was afraid the cut my cuticles which made me nervous. That’s like the main part of the pedicure. He also left the polish un even and clumpy. I felt bad for him so I still tipped, but I will not be returning."
