"Usually their nail techs are great, they do great work. However, they should let customers know when someone is training or new because this was awful. It was clear to me they didn’t know what they were doing. My nails are thick and uneven and the dip feels like it’s glued to my finger and isn’t even resting on the nail. There was a lot of the manicure process that was left out. I have to be honest, the service was terrible this time. They have the tech walk up with you to pay, and I felt pressured into tipping even though it wasn’t deserved."

"HORRIBLY, my nails seem to have been fixed by a child... It's the third time that I have gel manicure and pedicure with the last lady (7 station), I pay $ 43 dollars and my manicure does not last a week (being gel should last at least 2 weeks) She does not know how to cut and file the nails, terrible, it's the third time I give her an opportunity and it's the same. I have friends who have come here and they have loved it, but they never met with the young lady from station 7, the only good thing was the massage of the pedicure. I think they should do something to solve this problem, besides the young lady is rude and does not give instructions..... I want to go back but to make my nails someone else..."
