"Please come here: if you like to be ignored for 30 minutes then redirected to the wrong area, have staff that you didn't make an appointment with tell you that she can only do 1 of 2 services because they have "other client" appointments. The manager had a deer in headlights look while listening to your complaint. The staff who misdirected you leaves a message asking you to come back so they can make it right. You call Ulta Guest Services who take your complaint, but as of this review have yet to follow up. Ulta staff wasted my time & gas, but did not get a dime nor will they ever. Ulta was given weeks to deliver a humble apology before this posting, but since their customer service is nonexistent. So be it!"

"Smells awful in this store. Like horrible cheap perfume. Cannot come back just for that reason alone. Otherwise, my pickup order went relatively smooth and easy. But again: that smell! Grandmas armpits over-sprayed with drugstore perfume. Horrendous. Whole store smells like it. Awful."
