"Always helpful and friendly. Fun place to shop, and a couple of times, I've had to ask managers to assist with special requests, and they have been very helpful in taking care of my requests. Also, they often have cool gifts with purchase and special offers/coupons."

"It was my first time shopping at an Ulta since I’m from Canada and we don’t have them. I was excited to go since there were stuff I wanted to check out. As I was browsing with my sister, a sales associate (long brown hair with a white coat) asked us if we needed help a bunch of times. She also kept following us around one part of the store. It made me uncomfortable as I am a person of colour (East Asian). I am disappointed that this is my first impression of the company. I don’t believe I’ll ever go back to any Ulta stores as everything they have can be found in a drug store/beauty supply/Sephora. This Ulta makes me feel unsafe."

"I like to shop Ulta online and do a pick-up. I don't enjoy going inside because of the over powering fragrances, scents and smells (hair dye or perms) as soon as the door opens. However, the staff is kind and helpful and they carry the items I enjoy using at a reasonable price."

"I’m a 61 year old dude in an Ulta! What do I know? But I had to find some beauty products for Christmas that my daughter asked for. Great staff and the sales woman helped a dude in distress. Problem quickly solved. They even cheerfully let me know I could only find one of the items at Sephora. Great customer service all around. I don’t shop there much but now I know why the missus and my girls love this place. Thanks!!"
