"I ended up with an infection on my nail. Black spot was there for two fills and ignored. It started to hurt so I had to ask for the artificial nail to be removed and see my doctor for antibiotics. Doctor said water probably got trapped under artificial nail."

"One person started my pedicure and then all the sudden it was someone else. So she jumped in halfway and just started painting my nails. Maybe pedicure wasn't even finished. My heels weren't done or anything. So basically I paid for a service that I didn't get because the girl who finished my pedicure wasn't told what to do. I assume. I paid for gel and she did not do gel. She didn't even paint the edge of the nail. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Never go there again"

"I’ve been having trouble finding a place to get a Mani Pedi in the West Valley. I really wanted a nail polish change on my toes and I thought what the heck let me just stop in here to Bien nails what’s the worst that can happen with a polish change? I was happily surprised to find a very busy salon, the gentleman at the front desk said he would change my color. He was fast and efficient. He did a great job and I asked the woman sitting next to me if this is where she normally comes and she told me she’s been coming there for years and they always do a great job. I can’t wait to come back and have my normal manicure pedicure. Thank you Bien Nails!"
