"They overcharge you. If you shop here make sure you check your receipt before leaving the store. I've shopped here more than 10 times in the past months, and every single time they had overcharged me for over %15 of the real price. Their trick is that they count some of the items you buy for +1. Make sure to not fall for it."
"I used to buy halal meat from Babylon Market for years and for every $50 spent they would give $5 for the restaurant credit, some times thier restaurants were busy but they told me be rest assured these credits will never expire, most of the times our groceries were between $250 to $350 because we have a big family visiting on Sundays and since my parents live with me my house was a get together place, then after COVID their restaurant was closed down by the food inspection department due to unsafe food and below the standards of food department, every time when we wanted to use restaurant credit they said the restaurant is closed without disclosing the facts and they said it will open soon and you can then use this credit, the total amount of credit added up to $640, since we always though we can use it when we need it we continued shopping out groceries, after restaurant opened they refused to honor those restaurant credit and said the ownership has changed even though every one was the same employee and the guy who was running the restaurant was the one on the counter and said I will not charge your wife for hinna, henna is free, wow free $2.99 hina for $640 drained, they should know that when owner ship transfers all assets and liabilities are also amalgamated, we used to order groceries from home and pick up at their store since we were told they are busy and since we have a lot of groceries ie. chicken, lamb, beef etc we should call and pick up to save time, every time we picked our grocery my wife told me something is not right the grocery does not look as much as it did and I kinda thought she is just guessing, but one day my wife put her foot down and told Mr. Kahtan that my husband is shy and won't argue but there is no way this groceries can add up to $385 and then she started arguing with the same guy who used to be on restaurant counter but now he sits on the main counter, just to identify him he is bald and fair normal height and weight, I don't know his name so identifying with his features, while she was arguing Mr. Kahtan came with a big bag of chicken and said I am sorry I missed this bag, that was our last time there, I thought I'd rather not give a bad review to them what if I need to go there in extreme need, this will be just burning the bridge because after reading this review they will know exactly who I am, but just went through my old wallets and found my old grocery restaurant receipts and added them up which was a credit of $640, so this is one good thing to do to bring in awareness, these people are not honest and we have also seen there employees in restaurant depot what means they do not do their own zabiha halal but could be buying some or all from somewhere else. My reviews are always honest, I have no personal issues with them, the good part is they are respectful and extremely well behaved so there is always one star for a good attitude."
"Bought some Libna some cheese 12 pieces of baklava and one box of bread and paid $130. His prices are extremely high, should have been maybe $70 at the most. His receipt also isn’t itemized. Quality is good but the price is double what I pay at other places."
"Stopped by yesterday to check it out. Loved it! I got a salad and a sandwich and the portions were generous and the food tasted amazing. In addition to the deli section you can get all sorts of products from the Middle East and Europe. I’m definitely going back and bringing friends. Oh yea, and the staff is friendly and helpful."
