"I’m deathly afraid of dentist & for that reason, I refused to get regular dental care. And this caused 2 teeth having to be removed. Now for the good part: I will go back to Dental Village as long as Dr. Christopher Love is there. He is the most patient, kind & compassionate dentist I’ve been to as an adult. And the dental assistants are awesome! I appreciate the true helpfulness from this practice. A million thanks is all I can say!"

"DO NOT GO HERE - This is by far the Worst run office of any kind in Sierra Vista. The 1st time I went here 2 yrs ago they said they took my insurance and got me in for exam. After I got exam I said I wanted to schedule for work to be done and they said "Oh well we don't have a dentist right now", we could do exam but we have no one to work on you. WHAT? Fast forward to now and 4 months ago Nov. 2023 I went back in and they said oh wonderful yes we take your insurance. Exam and cleaning are 4 months away. I scheduled and checked in Dec to be sure and they said "Yes, everything is fine", I checked in Jan 2024 and they said "Yes everything is fine" I checked in 4 days ago, they said "yes everything is fine" Ok then I will see you on Tuesday at 11 AM. JUST 24 hrs. before my appointment they text me and said "Sorry for the inconvenience, we don't take your insurance". 4 Months people, 4 months I checked in, 4 months I waited for an exam and cleaning, 4 months after making the appointment, all of a sudden, they don't take my insurance. This is 2 times I was LIED to, 2 times in 2 years they messed up big time. Waiting 4 months for an appointment and the day before being told, "We can't see you and clean your teeth". Ridiculous to treat people like this and the office manager should be immediately be fired for this mistake, not once but twice they did it! Find a better run office, anything has to be a step up from this dysfunctional business!"

"Dr. Love is very compassionate and made sure I was okay during my extractions. He gave me breaks if needed, walked me through each step and what was going on. He and Bri are amazing at what they do and genuinely care for their patients! Dr. Love made sure I was comfortable the entire time and I'm so glad I came to their practice!"

"I’m absolutely in LOVE with Dr. LOVE!!!! I’ve had four dentists in my life and Dr. Love is better than the most experienced dentist I’ve had! He’s SO gentle, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable! I love his energy and awareness, it’s like he could read my mind and tell just by the flinch of my eye that I was in pain and needed more numbing. He was so patient and his tone was so calming… telling me I was doing a great job and that we were almost done… the kind of things I needed to hear all the way until the appointment was finished. I never felt rushed or like he was rushing to finish up to get to his next patient. He is stellar. The front desk staff was so sweet and really worked with my schedule! The dental assistants were so in sync with what Dr. Love was doing and what he needed. They operated like a well oiled machine! They really took care of me, they are all so nice I felt like I was talking to a friend. You can definitely tell that they are a great team, and everyone makes you feel like you’re the center of attention. There’s no better feeling than knowing you’re in the best hands when it comes to your health! I absolutely recommend Dr. Love and his team to anyone who wants to be taken care of by the BEST!!"
