"Just came here to pick up an order. Lady thought we were lying. Didn’t have our food ready. Didn’t receive the confirmation email. Showed her I paid. She just said there’s nothing she can do. We came back when we found the confrontation and she handed the good. No apology. Walked off and acted very cold and just threw our food at us. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. She was chubby and Hispanic and had her hair tied up . Only way I can desecrate her sorry to sound racial. This lady needs an attitude check and a coaching on how to do her job better. No one deserves that quality of customer service. Very disappointed."
"I ordered my bowl online and I always get the chips and guacamole with my meal. This time I ordered it said I had free rewards for a side, queso, guacamole or chips with a purchase over $5. I added a side of guacamole for my free item and then I paid for a side of chips. I get to the chipotle lane window and i asked the lady was the guac in there, she act like she didn’t know what I was talking about not even bothering to look at my account and she says oh that’s not for this order it’s for the next, I told her that’s not what it said when I read the terms and conditions, the guac was added to my account she said no I can’t give it to you it’s for the next order, so I said fine can I pay the guac I like to eat then with the chips, she said you have to pay inside I can’t take the order here, but she has a whole register right beside her. she then walks away for the window and starts making another order leaving me sitting there(Very rude) no I apologize, I’m so sorry for the misunderstanding NOTHING..If I wanted to go inside I wouldn’t have ordered through the app and not selected chipotle lane. So I just left. It was such a disappointment, I have never had that experience before, I order chipotle alot and I normally do guest checkout but the time I decide to order through the app it’s a disappointment. Please train your employees better and to have better customer service, she could have just took the money and the tip I was going to give her smh and I would have had my guac smh."
"What is wrong with this location? There is no reason in the world consistently over a year of visiting this location it should take that long for an order just close the drive-through and be done with it. What is the purpose of ordering your food ahead of time still waiting 20+ minutes while people are in line getting their food faster.?"
"Dec 28 3pm. Quality control and care is non existing. Restaurants in general have declined. This was horrible. Ordered three tacos and a burrito. When the employee started to wrap the burrito we noticed that the shell was ripping, we pointed it out before she completed the wrapping and she continued to wrap and the shell, it split in two completely down the middle. She started to wrap the tin foil around it. We said you can't serve that, we can't eat that, it's falling apart. She looked at us like a deer in the headlights, "do you want a bowl?" she asked. We said no, it's a burrito, she was then going to double wrap it in ANOTHER shell, why would I want two tortilla shells??? The next employee just looked at us like we were in the wrong. I'm the customer and should receive what I am paying for. That fact that it fell apart was not the issue. The issue was she was going to give it to me anyway, she had no care for my satisfaction or ease of eating. The way she should have handled it was... "Oh, it ripped, let me grab another shell, do you mind if I transfer the burrito to a new shell or would you like me to make a new one?" If this happened 10 times, 3 people would say just give me a bowl, 1 person would probably like the double shell, 5 would say scrap over and 1 would say fresh one please. The lack of care and customer service receives zero stars. What bothers us is the lack of quality control and care. What else is happening behind the scenes that I don't see?"
"I don't normally leave negative reviews, but I've been to about 35+ Chipotle's across 6 states and I have never witnessed such a gross kitchen. The ground seems to have day old ingredients covering it, the ingredients themselves are visibly cross contaminated with others, the counters, grill, and cooking surfaces all look like they haven't been properly cleaned in weeks. Whoever is managing this location needs to consider a different career field."
