"This place is absolutely horrible and unreliable!!! We had a 26 foot Uhaul with trailer. We moved from Missouri back home to Arizona. We were told to return our equipment to Dillons on Sunday morning by 9 am. Mind you we had a utility dolly as well as furniture pads in the back of the truck. We were here to drop the equipment off by the specified time and yet they were closed. We were not told that they were closed on Sundays. After speaking to the nice people at Uhaul they changed our return day to Monday at 9 am. So we drove 40 miles home and then 40 miles back. We return Monday morning early. 9 am come and goes and yet no one shows up to open the fence that is pad locked. I called to hope to speak to someone and go figure no one would answer the phone. It is now 930 am and still no one. After another call to the wonderful people at Uhaul they give us another place in Benson willing to take our return that is actually open and answers their phone. After returning our Uhaul to the other location and driving by Dillons at 10 am at this point they were still not open. I finally received a phone call back on Tuesday morning 2 days later telling me that I can return my truck. Do you think they would have paid my late fee for 2 days??? I don’t think so. Moral of the story… don’t do business with Dillons. They are never open when they say they will be and won’t answer their phone. Will only return your phone calls after it’s to late. Take your business elsewhere."
