"First let me start off that I am 75 years old. In my entire adult life I think I have only gone to a dentist maybe 8 times. I had such a dislike and fear that I just never went. Well, I had a tooth break in half and walked around with it like that for a year. I started looking for a great dentist and read all the reviews. At the prodding of friends and family I finally made an appointment with Dr Spader at Tucson Dental Clinic. When I went for my first appointment I was not sure what to expect. I have to say, Dr. Spader was so understanding I relaxed immediately. He is very thorough explaining it as he went along. He then recommended a care plan, but was not at all pushy. I made an appointment to have that tooth removed and be fitted for a crown. The day of the extraction went extremely well. I was given novocaine and I requested nitrous oxide (laughing gas). Dr. Spader and his assistant were very gentle and it was over before I knew it. And NO PAIN at all!!! I have since gone back multiple times and today the permanent crown was put in. Also made an appointment to have a deep cleaning. I can not recommend this practice enough. Everyone there goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. For the first time in my life (and remember I'm 75) I look forward to going to the dentist!!"
