"The doctor was good the accounting department is the worst ever, you have to call the insurance yourself, his accounting department will tell you that it's your insurance company, you call the insurance co. and they're waiting for the dental office. I had to go back and forth each time finding out it was the dental office not bothering to call the insurance company and finish up the paperwork. A bunch of rude individuals working in that office. The manager made up some phony information about how I refused to give the insurance company information, the same information they had from day one, and that trumped-up deposit turns out they owe me more than half of what I gave them. (Haven't got it back yet) doctor is good accounting department is horrible."
