"I’ve had 2 hand scaling cleanings done in the past year. Both cleanings, the hygienist had me out of her chair in less than 15 minutes. I’ve been getting my teeth cleaned for years and have never had appointments take 15 minutes. Generally it’s 45 minutes with a slow attention to detail. My cleanings with this hygienist felt rushed and incomplete. In addition, the hygienist had no communication with the dentist about my recession, how my teeth appeared or measurements. I’m transferring to another dental practice."

"I do not at all recommend this place. I have only found one good hygienist that works there (Mary), all the others scraped my mouth really bad. The dentists have 0 bedside manner and are rude, and so is the office staff generally. It takes forever to get an appointment even as an established patient - I called the first week of February to get an appointment, and was told I had to call back the next week just to TRY to get an appointment in April. Ridiculous. I'll also add that most of their 5 star reviews are several years old. I think they've gone downhill a lot the last few years."

"I am a 68yrs old female who has always put dental health high on the priotory list my entire life.. I alwsys kept up with dental.. Bc of the pandemic i was unable to get dental appts until it was safe... That was a cpl years... And then it was a terrible wait so i called a dentist given by my insurance.. Dr. TULI... She was rude and insulting without even knowing me or my history... I tried to keep another appt but decided it wasnt worth it... Good luck.."

"Walked into Aeris Dental on Houghton as it is closer to my house. After reading reviews for Dr. Allen, I decided to book an appointment with him. I am big on good references. I went in for my appointment and glad I did. Dr. Allen and Shawn are amazing! Felt taken care of and I am headed to my next appointment as we speak. I highly recommend this office, Dr. Allen and Shawn!"
