"This office routinely over charges. Each time I would come back for a cleaning after 6months to a year they would tell me I had a balance owed (usually around $100). This also happened with my parents several times, leading them to find another dentist. After this happened several times, I finally spoke with the front desk and told them that I feel like this happens a lot and I know that I paid my last bill in full. She got short with me and said that I was welcome to check with my insurance. I did check with my insurance. They told me that they had paid their portion and I had paid my portion in full and that if the office was asking me to pay any more, they were in fact overcharging me. Sad because I have been using this office since I was a teenager."
