"This office is pure chaos and ran very poorly by a lady who is so unorganized. They do sterilize anything they way it needs to be before being used inside a patients mouth! Like the xray tabs there is literally one pair and they just hide them and pretend they are clean and use them on the next patient that needs a set of xrays ! Knowing they they were just in another’s mouth! They also use the same two cavitroj tips to clean underneath patients gums!!! So disgusting ! They tell you need a cleaning and then have you go in and tell you that you need something else and pressure to do it! Run! If you don’t want to get sick! They have roaches in the drains"

Everyone took the time to explain and walk me through what the plan was, and made it PAINLESS. This is the first time in my life I've NEVER felt pain! They were patient and amazing at what they do.
