"Super rude staff. The front desk lady was very abrasive. I did not even got through with my first appointment. All I wanted was a cleaning and they were trying to tack on a bunch of different charges. They were not accommodating at all. I would not recommend coming here."

"They charge you before going through insurance then getting your refund takes forever and after a month and two calls the woman said “this is the first I’ve heard about it.” They should know how much insurance pays and charge you accordingly. I would stay away unless you have money to burn!!"

"Doing my review on Google Maps because I couldn't figure out how to do a review on the website. I had to switch dental insurance because of financial issues. The dental office I used to go to doesn't take the insurance I have now. I tried for about six weeks to get an appointment at several other offices. The first time I called Gentle Smiles they were able to schedule me. The five ladies that work at this office are #Amazing. The first day I was there they did X-rays, exam and paperwork. They also did some fillings and fixed some old fillings. The 2nd day (Tuesday) They did the cleaning. On the 3rd day (Wednesday) they did another filling or fixed another old filling. I'm not really sure what they did. They also did the mouth guard fitting. I hate the taste of the mouth guard putty. I noticed that they didn't give me a toothbrush or toothpaste after my cleaning. All the other dental offices I've been to will give you a toothbrush after a clean. I don't care about the toothbrush. The only real complaint that I have is that when I made the appointment, I told them that I have two teeth that have been slowly moving. These two teeth are causing pain & pressure. They did nothing to fix this problem. I understand that this is probably an orthodontal issue not a dental issue. I will talk to them about it when I go to pick up the mouth guard."

"Even though it’s been 2 years since I moved from Tucson, I still think about how wonderful I was treated at this office. I came here in 2018, I called them in the middle of the night knowing something was wrong with my wisdom teeth and I received a call at 7am sharp from them. They got me in immediately and I told the doctor how I am terrified of the dentist, even though I’m a whole adult, but literally she treated me with so much respect and I truly want to travel BACK to Arizona just for them. I can’t explain how great the entire staff is, I never had to wait, or anything, they helped me through so much and took the best care of me throughout my extractions and having my first cavities, the dentist stayed late, came early, just to help me, it’s something that I can appreciate. I don’t see that often. Or ever honestly. I can’t recommend this office enough. Seriously, if anyone is looking for a comfortable place to be and having well educated people helping you, you need to make this office your main stop. I’m grateful for all of them, I always will be."
