"(4/28/21) I usually don't leave reviews. The service I experienced with this business was so unprofessional and abusive that I felt it was necessary to leave one. I have never in my life experienced such offensive patient service. Dr. Lee is a decent dentist, it's unfortunate some of his employees are not as such. There are many reasons why you should not go to his practice at the moment. Firstly, you should know about what led me to post this review. Long story short, today I learned the receptionist Mariah, is abusive. I had called 5 minutes before my appointment to let them know that I was going to be five minutes late. For most all places, that is a normal thing to do. She then lectured me on the previous 2 appointments that I have cancelled or missed, despite the fact they had previously cancelled on my appointment twice, reportedly because their equipment wasn't working or that the piping was down. She told me, "go back to your old dentist" and that I should not come 5 minutes late for my appointment because their time is very precious. If my time was important to them, they wouldn't have rescheduled me twice. I was about head over there there, so I asked to see if they could have me late anyways. Mariah said she would call me back in a few minutes, but nearly 25 minutes later, I had no call. I called, Lynn answered, and I asked if I could speak to a supervior. They were apparently busy, and I asked when they would be available, to no response from Lynn. She instead asked what it was about, or if she could take a message, and I decided to tell her everything that happened in hopes that she would be understanding of the situation. I told her I felt violated. Unfortunately, that didn't seem very important to her. She did not say that she would pass the message along to a supervisor, and it didn't sound like she was going to. She said "I'm not going to apologize" and she echoed Mariah's lecture of how precious their time was. I was frustrated from this. She asked me to go on hold. I had no interest in holding because I have no need to argue with people who deny reality. If I was to continue that conversation, I would just give them more room to gaslight me. So, I just hung up as she put me on hold. This is where things get pretty bad, so if you're sensitive, it's best to skip this next part. They called me back and it's what you're expecting, but worse. I almost wish I didn't pick up so the caller could have left me a long abusive voicemail that I could use as evidence in a civil suit. But I did, unfortunately, hoping it was a supervisor. It was Mariah who called me. They let her call me back, so she could hurl insults at me for talking about her to her coworker. Among the cliché insults she threw at me, she called me "...lazy, flaky, irresponsible...". It was very unexpected, but not shocking from someone who acted as entitled as she did. She also had the audacity to accuse me of "disrespecting [Dr. Lee's] practice". I am shocked I didn't call her something back. She told me that "many people have probably said that to you before."which is a bold statement to come from her. I've never heard that in my life. I know myself far better than the two missed appointments I have made with Dr. Lee. She thinks she has the right to throw stones at others when she's in a glass house. It's a bad business practice for them to treat their patients like this. I hope Dr. Lee gets some staff who don't treat other human beings like this and think it's okay. It would have been much better for me to just not show up at all than to deal with that situation. Surely I was being just courteous by letting them know I would be 5 minutes late. Did they not want my money? Do they think they can treat me that way because I'm not one of their wealthier clientele? I only go to one appointment every year or 6 months. They cost far too much to treat people that way, and that's why I will not be coming back to Dr. Lee's office."
"If you need a dentist this is the place to go. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The hygienist pays attention to details and is always on the lookout for problems. Dr Lee is patient, takes great care to make sure the experience is not painful and Is very competent. This is the best dentist I’ve been to and I’ve had lots of work done! I feel fortunate to have found him."
"Dr Lee is very professional, gentle, caring and courteous! I had a root canal today, and it was very pleasant (yes I know that no one says that about root canals). My wife and daughter had been in his care before, and I needed him in an emergency. I was in REAL pain! The staff is extremely friendly (thank you Mariah, Lynne, and Oksana). They worked well with my insurance, and the preparation was top-notch! Oksana and Dr Lee worked extremely well together, ensuring that I was not in any pain at all. I have had root canals from various dentists over the years, as I am in my fifties, but this was by far the most pleasant. I went for a follow-up visit and cleaning. Lynne was extremely efficient and caring. I’m so satisfied with the whole dental experience at this office. The professionalism in this office can't be beat, and the warm, friendly staff will keep me as a patient."
"My wife and I are very particular about our dentist. Dr. Lee is very caring with his patients. He realizes that a dental visit can be traumatic and stressful and is very good at making you feel at ease and is gentle in his work and procedures. His staff is outstanding as well. Excellent technicians in Lynn who has been there since we started with Dr. Robb, Dr. Lee's predecessor, and Jackie who is the new kid on the block. Both are excellent hygienists. When you come in the office, you will meet Mariah. She is simply wonderful. Knows more about dental insurance than anyone I have met. She will make you feel welcome and like you have been coming there forever. Overall, this is the best dentist office we have ever been to. Go visit and tell them Gary the wuss sent you. You will make them your dentist."
