"No actually you don’t charge for putting a crown back on that fell off because of your poor work. Especially when you send the patient home without even putting it back on. Yes it took an hour of your time, but you didn’t succeed. What was I paying for? Then accuse me of lying in your response to the review I left. Really? Good business practice. Keep posting fake reviews too, everyone is on to you ;)"

"They placed an ill fitting crown which I have proof of with x-rays(verified by a reputable dentist). Stratman dentistry will not acknowledge their mistake and will not give me any sort of compensation for their blunder. How is there not more accountability for this sort of thing?"

"I have fairly high dental anxiety. I was seen by Dr Levy today for the repair of 2 cavities. She was fabulous! She was caring, thorough and patient. And hilarious! She continually checked to ensure I was alright. The procedure was painless & quick! The office staff and Dr Levy's assistant were kind and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant experience."
