"I wish I could schedule an appointment, easily. Can’t do it online. They use to schedule every 6 months like every other dentist I went to in the past, but stop doing that a few years ago. They send you a text with a link to schedule but always saw ‘no appointments available’. I am busy and don’t have time for this. They obviously don’t need my business. Adiós Aeris!"

"Doctor Sonico is absolutely the best 5 Stars. He's professional, and most importantly cares about his patients and practice. Unfortunately most of the front staff very unprofessional with patients. The reason I gave 3 Stars is doctor Sonico otherwise 0 stars is what front staff deserves. I encourage the office manager to share my review with the front staff. Hopefully someone cares and corrects the problem. I recently noticed a significant change in the front staff behavior. The responsible party Thank you for addressing my concerns. I will be happy to change the rating from 3 to 5 stars. Keep up the outstanding work!"

"I used to recommend Aeris Family Dental to anyone that asked. No longer. First off, I moved my husband there and they canceled a deep scale cleaning 3x over 2 months only to finally get established somewhere else in under a month only to find he had an infection so bad from a previous dental injury/surgery that required a specialist to correct. Would have caught it months sooner if Aeris bothered to keep their appts. As well, every time I call to make a repeat appt for cleanings for myself and son they say I’ll have to call back on a later date when they open up more appts on their calendar. Um, no. I’m busy and call when I can remember to and you should be able to accommodate. I wasn’t expecting a soon Appt, I was willing to schedule weeks or months out, just wanted to get on the books. Needless to say I have made an appt with another provider. 3 patients lost in 2 months. Way to go."

"Scheduling an appointment with this place is absolutely horrible. You call in and they say it's all booked. They tell you to call back next week. Next week came, they say it's all booked. They don't allow you to book half year in advance. Every time you have to call a month ahead and get treated like your full time job was try your luck getting a spot. Absolutely horrible."
