They patiently worked with me to put together a sensible plan for getting my teeth healthy again and made me feel very comfortable with the process. I highly recommend. "Edit 03/20 I received a call today from the Dr's wife who is also a Dr here and told me she cancelled my upcoming appointment and to go elsewhere for my care in retaliation for leaving a bad review vs them fixing the problem ( they could have got themselves a five star view had they just addressed the rude employee). So sad they treat me like this after 8 years, don't get it. Their response is further petty and unprofessional. I'm very sad for DR Chiara. --------------------------- Original review: It's human nature sometimes to focus on the negatives vs positive. The positive is that doctor chiara is great as always and the best and took care of my dental concerns with his expertise. I trust him. The negative is that they have a rude staff that is very condescending and is an issue. Instead of bringing it up to the Dr. I brought it up to this staff member instead and was met with more condescending behavior, this staff member basically told me to pound rocks. It was so bad I don't want to go here again especially since it's so far out of my usual area. Extremely expensive service for simple procedure and require deposit or lose appointments instead of just paying at service. Dr Chiara doesn't deserve this person, his practice is more professional than that. I hope this can be addressed."

"I’ve visited Chiara twice now in the past year as a new patient and 6 month cleaning. Both visits were a very positive experience. The office is upstairs on the second floor of the complex where it’s located. Their sign is slightly obscured by a tree so I had difficulty finding it my first visit. The staff is friendly, respectful, and professional. The office was very thorough on explaining my insurance, the charges to my account, and exact costs of additional dental treatments. I am very pleased I have found Chiara and don’t need to look any further. I highly recommend them!"

"We recently moved cross country and were in need of a new dentist for our family. After lots of research, we chose Chiara Dental and made appointments for cleanings and checkups. Prior to our first appointments, my husband's crown fell off, and even though they had never officially met us, Chiara Dental saw him immediately and promptly fixed his tooth during the holiday season.
